On Saturday 6th December 2008 Tottenham Hotspur FC hosted their first “One Hotspur Day” in association with GLOBALGAMES®SPORTS.
The event was built around an open training session for fans to see the team’s players, and new coach, in training on the first team pitch. But the day offered so much more.
As well as the training session the day included:
Encompassing most of the facilities that we recommend as essential requirements for a “complete” FanPark® Experience, additional activity was supplied directly from the club’s own resources.
The event attracted over 4,000 paying fans with advertising restricted only to adverts on the club website. Interviewed fans agreed that:
“One Hotspur Day” has proven that the FanPark® Experience can work in conjunction with existing collateral and facilities owned by the club, sponsor or organisation involved.
