Premier Rugby – Guinness Premiership Final 2009
To add value to the fan’s MatchDay Experience and provided a more family-orientated experience beside the Guinness Village.
To provide a safe and fun entertainment environment with interactive games and activities reflecting the various Guinness Premiership clubs alongside participative training activities.
GLOBALGAMESSPORTS mobilised several components of the SportsFanPark alongside speaking to Guinness Premiership clubs who own our kit, to “donate” the activities for the day. This all culminated in a 2,400m2 activity space.
Liaison with Premier Rugby and the RFU’s Health & Safety officer allowed us to provide a safe and secure environment for large numbers of fans.
All activity was supplied on two lorries and set-up on the morning of the event, the entire kit was packed and removed 2 hours after kick-off.
7 Activation crew set up and packed the whole event and a combined team of 16 Event Activation crew and volunteers operated the event.
As a brand new, free access, activity at the Guinness Premiership Final ROI would be calculated on Fan / Participant feedback.
This is currently being collated but the number of people entering and engaging with this Fun Zone was an incredible 4,000 in 4 hours.
