We were invited to work with our Qatari business associates, Oryx Events, to provide creative ideas, content and activation experience for the Fan Zone at the prestigious Spain vs. Uruguay Fan Zone.
With such a progressive sport and entertainment market in Qatar providing proven and engaging content, as well as cutting edge technology was vital and that is why we were called upon to make this a memorable event.
The entire Fan Zone included catering, big screens, innovative entertainment, free-stylers, merchandise and much more.
Among the interactive elements supplied were:
Kick-Point Scoring Goals; Speed Radar Challenges; Augmented Reality Shadow Runner; 3D Photo Wall Zone; Table Football Areas; Chill-Out Zones; Face-Painters and more.
With a 35,000 sell-out crowd the importance of the pre-match Fan Activation and Entertainment is essential.
On this occasion we delivered over and above the requirements for the fans and also for the Qatar 2022 organising committee who arranged the match.
With no “partisan” home crowd this was a very open fan environment which worked tremendously well.
As an outcome of this event we are also working on the digitised “Fan vs. Fan” event experience for major sport events.
